1. When refunds are granted
- The product is non-functional and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The product is significantly different from its description on the website.
- The product was purchased in error AND has not been downloaded.
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error.
2. When refunds are not granted
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The product was downloaded or accessed.
- You don't have the technical knowledge to use the product (read the description and demo before buying).
- The product works but doesn't include a feature that wasn't promised in the listing.
- You purchased the wrong item — we recommend checking the demo and documentation links carefully.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at support@ddtech.in within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue (screenshots / videos help)
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Bank/card processing time may add a few additional days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve every issue amicably and chargebacks may result in account suspension.
