Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make from VegaDigi. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited but always considered fairly.

1. When refunds are granted

  • The product is non-functional and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • The product is significantly different from its description on the website.
  • The product was purchased in error AND has not been downloaded.
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

2. When refunds are not granted

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product was downloaded or accessed.
  • You don't have the technical knowledge to use the product (read the description and demo before buying).
  • The product works but doesn't include a feature that wasn't promised in the listing.
  • You purchased the wrong item — we recommend checking the demo and documentation links carefully.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at support@ddtech.in within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A clear description of the issue (screenshots / videos help)

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Bank/card processing time may add a few additional days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve every issue amicably and chargebacks may result in account suspension.
